Job description

We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects from kickoff to launch. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of balancing client expectations with internal delivery timelines, and translating business needs into actionable technical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Translate client requirements into detailed project plans and technical tasks.
• Coordinate internal resources (designers, developers, etc.) for flawless execution.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to meet goals.
• Conduct regular check-ins, stand-ups, and retrospectives with teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and status reports.
• Ensure high-quality, on-time, and within-budget delivery of all projects.
• Support the development of internal processes to improve efficiency and quality.

Required Skillset & Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a tech or software development environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business language into technical tasks.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira or similar.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with software development projects.
• Product Owner or Scrum Master certifications.
• Basic technical understanding (e.g., APIs, CMS platforms, cloud environments).
• Experience working with international clients.
